By signing up and actively using the The Dollarpit program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The Dollarpit may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with The Dollarpit. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the The Dollarpit program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

 

You and The Dollarpit are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and The Dollarpit. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of The Dollarpit. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the The Dollarpit program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

The Dollarpit will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or The Dollarpit program, even if The Dollarpit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, The Dollarpit aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with The Dollarpit and may result in legal prosecution. The Dollarpit strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. The Dollarpit may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. The Dollarpit will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Fraud Policy
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES! ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND FORFEIT ALL EARNINGS AND CONTEST EARNINGS!

• No Proxy servers.  This is AOL or Netscape, your account will be terminated.
• One account for each address.  IP addresses are monitored. 
• Only fill out the offers you are interested in.  You must be willing to talk to the representative if you are truly interested in the offer.
• If you have completed the offer on this site or any other site, and were approved, DO NOT complete it again as this will cause your account to be terminated and all your earnings will be forfetied.  If it was not approved you must wait two weeks to be able to fill the offer out once more.
• All offers must be completed with valid address, name and phone number.
• Roboform is not permitted.
• The "Gmail dot trick" is not permitted.
• The signup bonus can not be used for Advertising fees.

Membership requirements.  

Members may join from USA, Canada, United Kingdom.

Any user found to have alot of reversals or found to be duplicating offers will have there account disabled and all earnings forfeited. 

Users may not create more than one account per person - You may no open more than one account per household/ip without written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide proper identification. 

At any time The DollarPit can ask for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not provide identification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

All accounts must have a valid telephone number listed on their account. It can not be a fax line, a voicemail only line, disconnected number or any other sort of invalid phone number. I must be able to call the number and have a real person answer. 

Payments 

The DollarPit has a low minimum payout of only $10.

 

We offer many ways to cash out which always include paypal,  cashiers check , amazon and giftcards.

 

Gift Cards and Gift Orders are shipped at the members own risk. If you want extra insurance to cover should the order be lost in the mail you will need to request that before a gift or giftcards are mailed to you. 

 

At times there may be reasons in which we need to pay you by other means you will be given your options at that time.  

 

Cash withdraws will be paid every Monday starting in February 2010.

 

You will see some offers Marked **Net 30**. These particular offers will require advertiser verification before those funds may be released. These offers will be paid on Net 30 terms. So if you request your payment for a **Net 30** offer in February we will send that payment no later then March 30th.

 

Daily Clicks is an extra form of advertising these advertisers pay during different times of the month and as payments come in they will go out in order they were recieved. Daily Click point/any coin prize withdraws are processed Net 30 to Net 60.

~ If your account information is not accurate at time of payment you will need to update your information and provide photo id before your payment will be processed.

~All accounts may be verified prior to first payment. Verification generally only requires speaking with you on the phone however it can also include your providing photo id and proof the credit card used to do credit card offers belongs to you - All accounts not verified at time payments are processed will be denied until account is verified and member will be required to request again 

 

Closing Accounts: You have the right at any time to request your account to be closed

 

Your payout will go out the following month after closing your account along with regular scheduled payments. So if you close your account in June you will be paid by July 30th.   You must still meet the minimum amount required to cashout in order to get paid.

Advertising:

Websites may not be hate, racial, sex related or anything else that is not appropriate to be determined by the website owner. If you are not sure then ask before purchasing.

 

All advertisers must open an account on the website in order to advertise.

Refunds may be given within 24 hours for a full refund minus any member bonus's already given for Paid to Signups and PTC Ads.

Banner Impressions and Side Panel Ads are not available for refunds at any time.

PTS and PTC Ads may be refunded for the value of the signs ups or clicks available after 24 hours for up to 7 days.

After 7 days NO REFUNDS are given.

Your $3 Sign up bonus  may not be used for any purchases including upgrades, advertising, games and raffles or any other type of purchase that can be made on the site. Your $3 signup bonus may be withdrawn only via regular methods of cashouts.

$3 sign up bonus given at the time your account is opened may not be used for advertising - You agree to this when you open your account by checking a box - If you use your Sign up bonus to open an ad your ad will be deleted and you will not recieve your  $3 sign up bonus back

Transfers

Accounts may not be sold transferred or given to any other person other than the original user. Any person found to break this rule will be indefinitely suspended.

 

The DollarPit is responsible for all offer crediting. Do not contact the advertisers regarding offer crediting. If it is found that you are contacting advertisers or publishers regarding crediting to your account on The DollarPit your account will be terminated and all monies forfeited.

 

The DollarPit has the right to change offer rates at any time for any reason

 

Users must only try offers they interested in. If user is found at any time, at sole discretion of The DollarPit, to be in violation of this rule his/her earnings will be forfeited.

  

Users must provide their own correct and accurate information when trying offers any offers. Users may not use fraudulent, fake or someone else's information when doing offers. Doing so can cause the leads to be reversed by the advertiser and will result in your account being closed.

  

The DollarPit does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. The DollarPit does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted.

 

The DollarPit is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.

  

The DollarPit has the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason, disable any account for any legitimate reason, change the terms at any time all update will be posted here.
